📋 Description

• Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification in engineering, facilities management, energy management, or
• 7+ years experience in facilities, utilities, energy management, or engineering within a
• Previous experience managing a team, ideally in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to set strategic direction of the team.
• Experience managing preventative maintenance programmes, utility systems, and energy efficiency
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
