Facility Coordinator

📋 Description

• Carry out general repairs, maintenance and handyman work across our German offices
• Deliver office setups and moves end to end
• Coordinate external contractors and landlords' building managers on larger works
• Own the facilities budget for the German sites
• Partner with the People, Workplace, IT and Health & Safety teams on compliance and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience maintaining offices or similar sites
• Practical skill in at least one trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Experience coordinating external contractors and managing budgets
• Ability to organize competing requests across multiple sites
• Comfortable communicating in German and English
