Facility & Laboratory Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine building maintenance and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain lighting, electrical fixtures, minor plumbing, doors, ceilings, flooring, and
• Support facility utility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and related infrastructure.
• Manage and support chemical reagent and waste handling, including proper segregation, storage
• Monitor facility conditions and proactively address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, and specialized

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology
• Strong experience in building and facility maintenance required.
• Experience maintaining industrial or laboratory equipment preferred; cGMP/ISO environment a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel.
