Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and assign work orders.
• Schedule regular inspections of HVAC, doors, lighting, roof, and premises.
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, security.
• Maintain maintenance performance log and records.
• Assign plumbing, painting, and carpentry work orders to technicians.
• Manage keys and inventory for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industrial building maintenance preferred
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
• Read machine prints and assign duties to Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee team, delegate work, and liaise with Facility Project Engineers
• Experience installing piping systems (air/water/steam) and industrial electrical installations
• Production environment experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting
