Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and assign work orders
• Schedule regular inspections of HVAC, doors, lighting, roof
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, security
• Uphold maintenance performance log
• Assign plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks
• Manage keys and inventory of janitorial, mechanical, electrical supplies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industrial building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Read machine prints and assign duties to technicians
• Oversee team; delegate work; liaise with engineers
• Experience installing piping systems and industrial electrical installations
• Work well under pressure; lift up to 50 lbs
