Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee building inspections, bids, operations, leasing and projects.
• Delegate tasks and create work lists for Facility Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop schedules for HVAC, lighting, door, roof and premises inspections.
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, and security.
• Direct Facility Maintenance Technicians in repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Maintain the maintenance performance log and ensure upkeep of the facility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to Technicians.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Production environment experience with MEP troubleshooting.
