Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, HVAC and boilers
• Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic devices; repair components
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, life safety
• Read blueprints and schematics for repairs and installations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industrial/commercial maintenance
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
• Strong mechanical skills: hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing
• Electrical systems knowledge; troubleshooting abilities
• HVAC certification preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608 helpful
• Proficient with hand/power tools; read blueprints
