Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain facility for production and manufacturing ops.
• Keep facility in good condition for all production ops.
• Apply plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC skills.
• Support installation of piping systems and utility installs.
• Read machine prints and perform machine repairs.
• Handle tasks under pressure; lift up to 50 lbs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Experience in production env with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
• Hands-on piping install; electrical installations and control circuits
• HVAC certification preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure
