Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Assist with inspections, bids, operations, leasing, and projects
• Complete work lists promptly
• Inspect HVAC, doors, lighting, roof, and premises
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, security
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Keep a log of maintenance performed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Work well under pressure
• Hands-on piping, industrial electrical, and control circuits
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to drive forklift, car, van, and truck
