Timely and accurate completion of work lists
Check HVAC components, doors, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine
Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and
Repair mechanical equipment as directed
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and
Patrol building exterior for garbage

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
An ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work in hot / humid and cold environments
Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting
