Facility Management & HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead cleaning, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, and housekeeping across the site
• Coordinate road sweeping and site safety to keep areas clean and safe
• Manage pest control and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise irrigation, lawn care, tree trimming, and plant maintenance
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems and equipment
• Monitor performance, optimize efficiency, and minimize downtime

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualification preferred
• HVAC certification or relevant technical qualification preferred
• Strong FM operations knowledge: housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, maintenance
• Solid HVAC knowledge: chillers, AHUs, pumps, VRF, ventilation, dampers, filters
• HSE understanding: permit-to-work, risk assessments, safe work practices
• Leadership and coordination skills; 5–8 years in FM/HVAC with supervisory experience
