Facility Manager

📋 Description

• Manage mechanical and electrical operations in datacenters.
• Monitor cooling capacity, temperatures, and efficiency.
• Track electrical capacity, UPS loads, customer consumption, and breakers.
• Maintain transformers and UPS systems (Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Emerson, APC).
• Plan capacity expansions and equipment upgrades (CRAC, In-Row, UPS, panels).
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs with 24x7 incident management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years managing mission-critical facilities.
• Cooling subsystems: Chillers, CRAC, CRAH.
• IT systems knowledge: servers, networks, cabling.
• AutoCAD and Visio proficiency.
• Experience in large, complex construction projects.
• Read and interpret single-line diagrams; excellent communication; 24x7 readiness.
