📋 Description

• Lead and manage full facility management scope including technical installations, maintenance
• Drive sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, ensuring quality service delivery
• Monitor portfolio condition, plan lifecycle and investment activities, support renovations
• Ensure maintenance planning and execution, securing safe and compliant operations
• Manage data, systems, and financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting and cost control
• Drive energy management initiatives and support sustainability goals

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business or similar
• 3+ years of experience in Facility Management, construction, or real estate
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, supplier management, and contract delivery
• Analytical and structured, able to manage data, budgets, and planning
• Collaborative and communicative, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-oriented
