📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate facility management activities across the Sales Market portfolio, securing
• Own and manage FM categories including technical installations, building maintenance, energy &amp
• Drive supplier sourcing, contract management, and service delivery follow-up to ensure strong
• Monitor portfolio condition, lifecycle performance, and investment needs to optimize asset value
• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance activities are planned, executed, and followed up

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Facility Management, construction, real estate, or a similar
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract management, and FM category management.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and
• Experience managing facility operations across multiple sites while ensuring quality, compliance
