Facility Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate facility management activities across the Sales Market portfolio
• Own and manage FM categories including technical installations, building maintenance, energy &amp
• Drive supplier sourcing, contract management, and service delivery follow-up
• Monitor portfolio condition, lifecycle performance, and investment needs
• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance activities are planned and executed
• Manage facility-related budgets, performance reporting, and asset data within global FM systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Facility Management, construction, real estate, or similar
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract management, and FM category management
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and
• Experience managing facility operations across multiple sites
• Experience driving supplier performance, contract governance, and service delivery follow-up
