Facility Manager, Coles County

📋 Description

• Oversee daily wind farm operations and BOP assets at Coles County, IL
• Manage O&M contracts and coordinate with OEMs and service providers
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory reporting compliance
• Monitor site performance against power curve and report anomalies
• Represent Apex with landowners and local stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years wind site manager experience; 10 years wind ops preferred
• 2+ years substation, collection, transmission O&M
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills
• NFPA 70E accredited; First Aid/CPR/AED
• Willing to travel and reside within 50 miles of Coles County facility
