Facility Manager, Michigan

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of utility-scale solar farms in Michigan.
• Serve as the on-site Apex contact for Coldwater Solar site.
• Manage all operations and maintenance for balance-of-plant assets per guidelines.
• Coordinate OEM contracts and reporting for safety, environmental, and regulatory needs.
• Represent Apex with landowners and local community stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years solar site manager experience; 10 years solar ops/utility preferred
• At least 2 years of substation, collection, transmission equipment O&M experience
• NFPA 70E accreditation
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Must reside within 50 miles of Coldwater facility; valid driver's license
