📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of utility-scale wind farm near Bellevue, OH.
• Serve as single site point of contact for Apex Clean Energy.
• Manage balance of plant O&M activities per operating guidelines.
• Oversee OEM operations/maintenance contracts and reporting.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental requirements.
• Represent Apex locally with landowners and community stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years wind site manager experience; ideally 10 years wind ops or utility.
• At least 2 years of substation, collection, transmission equipment O&M experience.
• NFPA 70E accredited; familiarity with NERC/regulatory requirements.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
