Facility Manager, Sales Market Germany (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own the full Facility Management scope across the Sales Market, including Energy & Utilities
• Lead supplier sourcing, procurement and contract management in partnership with Procurement
• Monitor the condition of the property portfolio and contribute to lifecycle planning
• Develop and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance plans
• Act as a trusted internal partner for stores and business functions
• Ensure accurate asset, maintenance and financial data within the global CAFM system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate
• Proven experience in supplier and contract management within Facility Management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional or matrix organisation
• Experience in budgeting, operational planning and cost management
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Planon and proficiency in Microsoft Office
