Facility Security Officer (FSO) – TS/SCI

📋 Description

• Administer Esri's Industrial Security Programs in accordance with applicable NISPOM and government
• Support facility and personnel security requirements for classified programs
• Manage clearance, access, visit, briefing, and debriefing process
• Support DD254 and contract security requirements
• Prepare for and support security assessments and inspections
• Maintain security documentation, procedures, records, and training

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
• Professional experience conducting special access and industrial security operations for the US DoD
• Experience as a certified FSO
• Professional experience as a CSSO (or CPSO)
• Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, ICDs, associated Executive Orders, and Security Executive
• Significant experience with the DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP
