🎯 Requirements

3–4 years in jewellery manufacturing or factory operations; SEEPZ preferred.
Track record coordinating between client and factory; managing timelines; resolving disputes.
Navigate factory floor dynamics; prioritise without friction; push when needed.
Clear communicator both ways; concise with office; credible on the floor.
Organised under volume with multiple orders and stages; nothing slips.
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets for daily tracking and reporting.
