Factory Planning and Expansion Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, layout, and expansion of manufacturing facilities
• Oversee design through commissioning, on time and within budget
• Act as owner’s representative for construction activities
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and CAPEX plans
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineering firms

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Eng, Architecture; M.S. preferred
• 10+ years in industrial construction or capital projects
• Proven track record delivering large-scale manufacturing facilities
• Strong management of contracts and site execution
• Deep understanding of industrial building systems (MEP, utilities)
• Experience with factory automation or advanced manufacturing
