Faculty Success & Instructional Designer (US)

📋 Description

• Participate in discovery conversations and product demonstrations with professors.
• Understand how professors teach today, what they're trying to accomplish, and where Classavo can
• Help professors translate their existing course content and teaching approach into Classavo.
• Lead professor onboarding, course setup, instructional design, and training.
• Guide professors through the steps required to successfully launch their courses.
• Proactively manage implementation timelines, commitments, and potential roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of education culture and how educators think, work, and make decisions.
• Willingness to try new things, challenge traditional approaches, and help shape how Classavo works
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with software or technology; experience with LMS platforms or EdTech is a plus.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum, or learning design is a plus.
• Experience in sales, customer success, implementation, training, or another customer-facing role is
