Family Access Manager (FAM), Skeletal Dysplasia - SOUTH EAST

📋 Description

• Provide families/care partner-facing access and affordability support for infigratinib
• Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey through collaborations with all BridgeBio stakeholders
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of family access opportunities within a specific geographic
• Provide face-to-face or via phone, personalized issue resolution
• Direct access support between consented families and relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with hub partner on missing information follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience
• Patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred
• Rare disease experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
