Family & Community Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Support families in finding resources to support their overall well-being
• Develop, monitor, and maintain a schedule of programs and services in the school
• Identify new agencies and/or organizations that have resources to help increase academic success
• Manage all volunteers in the school, develop volunteer opportunities, keep records of volunteer
• Serve as a liaison to the community and attend external meetings, as needed, to support the
• Collaborate with school social workers to refer families to human service agencies and other

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, community engagement or related fields
• Deep belief in being part of and helping lead a multi-cultural, anti-racist organization
• Team player capable of working both collaboratively and independently
• Highly organized, resourceful, and accountable, with strong attention to follow through and detail
• Proactive and creative problem-solver; ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions
• Track record of exceptional results
