Family Home Provider Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage operations for Family Home Provider programs
• Oversee quality, compliance, and daily program activities
• Support individuals, providers, guardians, and case managers
• Provide coaching, training, and performance oversight
• Ensure orientation, training, certifications, and documentation are up to date
• Conduct home visits; monitor safety and environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
• 1 year full-time direct experience with ID/DD
• At least 2 years in management with development disabilities
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
