Coordinate and manage operations of Family Home Provider programs
Build relationships with providers, individuals, guardians, families, and case managers
Provide coaching and oversight to Family Home Providers
Ensure provider orientation, training, and required documentation are maintained
Conduct regular home visits to monitor safety and quality
Participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
At least 1 year full-time direct experience with IDD/IDD participants
At least 2 years of management experience with development disabilities
Strong decision-making, time management and communication skills
Must have valid driver’s license
