Family Law Paralegal

📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end litigation and case management support in family law matters
• Assist attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, and other family
• Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and
• Prepare financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, asset and liability schedules, and supporting
• Collect, organize, review, and prepare documents for discovery and production
• Review financial records including bank statements, tax returns, pay records, business records, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney
• At least 2 years of experience as a family law paralegal for a U.S. law firm
• Strong experience supporting U.S. family law matters
• Demonstrated experience drafting family law legal documents
• Experience reviewing financial records and disclosures
• Understanding of litigation deadlines and court procedures
