Family Mentor - Remote (CST)

📋 Description

• Provide 33 hours/week of availability for direct patient care (groups, new patients, follow-up).
• Commit to working until 8pm two evenings per week (your choice).
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient care after 2pm in the respective time zone.
• Attend mandatory meetings (Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with families/supports in a health care setting including coaching, case management, mentorship, social work, or milieu therapy.
• Lived experience as an eating disorder support for a loved one in firm/stable recovery.
• Ability to connect with a range of diverse people with varying lived experiences.
• Ability to identify and direct patients and families in achievement of treatment goals.
• Comfortable working remotely (including the requirement to be on camera).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

🎁 Benefits

• Earning Potential Range: $54,000 to $65,000 Base Pay + 15% Annual Performance-Based Bonus Potential
