• 4–7 years in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing; strong client relationship experience.
• Understanding of how creative and media strategy interact; POV on constraints.
• Familiar with influencer and UGC ecosystems; campaigns briefing and scaling know-how.
• Comfort with DTC economics: CAC, LTV, repeat rate, cohort behavior.
• Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes; measurement challenges like fatigue and saturation.
• Seasonal marketing experience; stay strategic with high execution volume.
