🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years digital marketing experience; 1-2 years agency setting
• 2+ years Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce/Lead Gen/B2B
• 2+ years Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
• 2+ years hands-on Search Engine Marketing
• Bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
• Campaign mgmt across Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, Bing Ads
