🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• 6–10 years in progressive leadership in operations, retail, or related service industry
• Proven P&L ownership, team leadership, performance improvement
• Experience hiring, coaching, developing high-performing teams
• Strong track record in customer-facing environments with measurable results
• Multi-unit exposure or readiness for multi-store leadership
