  • Own daily coordination across FC Problem Solver tasks with clear ownership, timelines, and resolution.
  • Manage intake and ticketing workflow; prioritize requests and route work with documented action plans.
  • Track/verify/close tasks; escalate blockers with context for leadership.
  • Build/maintain reports showing open work, timelines, recurring issues, and performance.
  • Partner with SMEs, AMs, and FC leadership to deliver updates and escalation support.

🎯 Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing task tracking, work queues, or project coordination in fast-paced operations.
  • Proficiency with workflow and task management tools (e.g., Process Street, ticketing systems).
  • Strong written communication for clear status updates across stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with urgency and accuracy.
  • Experience in e-commerce/fulfillment/3PL with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools; familiarity with WMS and AI-assisted workflows preferred.
