Feasibility Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global clinical feasibility assessments across assigned studies
• Review protocols, sponsor requirements, and site data for enrollment potential
• Develop recommendations to improve site capabilities and planning
• Collaborate with BD, recruitment, study start-up, operations, and site leadership
• Create enrollment strategies and assess recruitment risks
• Maintain accurate feasibility documentation and downstream handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in clinical research with feasibility/site activity
• Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical research processes
• Experience evaluating protocols and supporting enrollment planning
• Excellent project management and ability to multi-task in a remote environment
• Great communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration
