📋 Description

• Influence access across AbbVie’s portfolio through coordinated, persuasive messaging to key federal
• Drive realization of national PBM contracts across AbbVie’s portfolio to secure profitable access.
• Identifies and shares best practices beyond assigned accounts and geographies with franchise
• Serve as the Federal Channel subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
• Apply financial and business expertise to develop programs and contracts, create case studies for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 3–5+ years of Account Management and/or Market Access experience in pharma, healthcare or a related
• Proven track record of operating effectively across large, complex geographies and influencing
• Strong business acumen; ability to interpret diverse datasets using multiple tools and to define
• Demonstrated ability to preserve pricing integrity and market share through forward-thinking
• Demonstrates executive leadership and the ability to lead without direct authority.
