Federal Cost & Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform financial analysis aligned with Federal cost principles (2 CFR Part 200)
• Review indirect cost rates, fringe rates, and cost allocation plans
• Analyze financial statements, cost pools, and allocation bases for allowability
• Prepare audit-ready documentation, reconciliation workpapers
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and financial tools for data analysis and modeling
• Maintain documentation sufficient for Federal review, audit, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and Government stakeholders
• Operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Obtain and maintain required HHS security clearance/credentials

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience supporting financial transparency and audit readiness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200, GAAP, and Federal cost principles
