Federal Financials & Funds Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide SAP FI/CO and Funds Management (FM) expertise for JTMS implementation
• Lead and support business process reengineering to optimize JDDE ERP processes
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be financial processes, aligning with audit standards
• Lead design for FI/CO and FM modules within the JTMS ERP solution
• Collaborate with logistics, transportation, acquisitions, and finance for end-to-end integration
• Ensure compliance with DoW FMR, USSGL, SFIS, and audit requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10+ years of federal financial management (DoW preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with SAP FI/CO and/or Funds Management (FM)
• DoW budgeting, execution, and reporting knowledge
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• DoW FMR, USSGL, SFIS, and federal audit standards
