Federal Senior Subcontracts Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the full subcontract lifecycle, including teaming arrangements, solicitation
• Develop and implement strategic subcontracting plans across assigned portfolios, aligning
• Provide expert guidance to project teams on subcontract administration, internal policies
• Lead the preparation and evaluation of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, Teaming Agreements (TAs)
• Ensure subcontracting activities comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of related professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of federal subcontracting practices, including the preparation, negotiation
• In-depth understanding of FAR and DFARS requirements, including compliance obligations, subcontract
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontracts under prime federal government contracts, preferably
• Strong knowledge of government contracting documentation, cost and price analysis, negotiation
• Experience supporting CPSR preparation, subcontract compliance assessments, and government or
