📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable cloud-native services for enterprise SaaS.
• Drive reliability initiatives: capacity planning, autoscaling, DR, observability, and optimization.
• Support FedRAMP-compliant operations ensuring security, compliance, and availability.
• Develop automation and self-sustaining processes to improve efficiency and deployment safety.
• Manage and optimize distributed systems, databases, Kubernetes-based apps, and cloud infra.
• Build and maintain tooling with modern languages, scripting, and infrastructure automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering with distributed systems or large-scale cloud apps.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience managing FedRAMP environments or other regulated SaaS platforms.
• Experience with distributed databases and highly available cloud apps.
• Strong Python and Go (Golang) skills.
