📋 Description

Provide technical leadership within the KYC Due Diligence squad
Lead the delivery and evolution of Fenergo/Fen-X and Client Lifecycle Management capabilities
Contribute hands-on to the design and development of Java-based solutions
Translate KYC, onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment requirements into scalable technical
Define technical standards, priorities, and delivery approaches for the squad
Review solution designs and code to ensure security, maintainability, performance, and quality

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years of relevant professional experience, with proven technical leadership responsibilities
Demonstrable delivery experience with Fenergo/Fen-X in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes and technology
Solid functional and technical understanding of KYC and Due Diligence
Experience with customer onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment processes
Senior-level, hands-on Java development experience
