FIAR Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare and update business process maps and narratives for audit readiness
• Evaluate internal controls and improve design effectiveness
• Partner with internal/external auditors to resolve findings timely
• Collaborate with command stakeholders to close process gaps
• Develop test plans and perform control testing for FIAR compliance
• Analyze DoW financial processes to align with standards

🎯 Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• 1-2 years SOF experience in a joint DoW environment (FIAR budgetary/logistics/CUEC)
• Proven problem-solving and adaptable in dynamic environments
• Strong client engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentations
• Professional presence in client-facing engagements
• Federal government agency experience is a plus
