FIAR Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and document financial processes to identify gaps or risks
• Develop improvement plans and corrective actions to fix problems
• Support financial audits by preparing documentation, answering auditor questions, and coordinating
• Test financial controls and processes to ensure they work properly
• Create easy-to-understand process maps, reports, and training materials
• Provide training and guidance to client staff on best practices in financial management

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and federal financial standards
• Experience using government financial systems such as GFEBS, DTS, or similar tools
• Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
