[Fiat] Principal Funds Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end fiat fund flows: deposits, withdrawals, refunds, settlement, mapping.
• Abstract complex fund logic into standardised workflows and rule-based engines.
• Design and build company-level reconciliation across internal and channel data.
• Improve auto-reconciliation; reduce manual steps; shorten settlement cycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to design scalable fund systems.
• Lead automation initiatives — rules, automation, and process standardisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, CS, or related field
• 5+ years PM experience; 3+ years in funds/payments/settlement/reconciliation/fintech
• Strong understanding of fund flows, settlement logic, and reconciliations
• Ability to analyze requirements, design system solutions, and drive cross-functional execution
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis
• Strong abstraction skills: convert operations into system + rules + automation
