Fiber Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, engineer, and redline fiber routes for new communities using 3GIS.
• Create splice packages for construction using 3GIS.
• Coordinate with departments and pole/fiber contractors.
• Produce splice packages for repairs and cut-over plans using 3GIS.
• Assist in engineering, budgeting, and network documentation.
• Help track make-ready bills and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with splicing procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of outside plant construction.
• Strong planning and organization in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in telecom related to project design.
