🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing (data center/hyperscale preferred).
• 2+ years in foreman/crew lead roles.
• Experience on traveling or multi‑site construction projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong OTDR/power meter testing, cabling, and safety knowledge.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50‑75%+).
