🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience managing teams (data center cabling technicians preferred)
3+ years direct data center experience installing and routing optical fiber in large Tier-3/4
High school diploma or equivalent
Pre-employment and ongoing drug testing and background checks
Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; on-site role in Memphis
