📋 Description

• Conduct on-site and virtual inspections of commercial property claims to assess damage and
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle commercial property claims per policy terms and
• Review and validate contractor and vendor estimates to ensure accurate repair costs and work scopes.
• Gather and analyze evidence by interviewing policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Interpret insurance policies, technical reports, and legal documents to determine coverage and
• Manage claim correspondence and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of field adjuster experience handling commercial lines claims.
• Minimum 1 year managing first-party commercial property claims.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance and claim investigation.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management platforms like Guidewire.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel in Greater Toronto Area.
