Field and Event Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead field marketing and events for Careers and Handshake AI
• Own end-to-end event lifecycle (pre-, during-, post-event)
• Partner with Sales to build enterprise pipeline
• Budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and data-driven optimization
• Travel monthly for events and report ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of field marketing and/or events experience
• Experience with conferences, workshops, dinners, or webinars
• Strong project management; juggling multiple workstreams
• Clear, proactive communicator across teams
• Familiar with Google Suite, SplashThat, Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot
• ABM, demand gen, and exec programs experience a plus
