Assist customers with setup, integration, and optimization of robotic systems.
Provide expertise in robotics hardware including arms, sensors, and actuators.
Support integration between Orbit and customer work order systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and improve products.
Provide on-site or remote training and ongoing support for robot systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and create documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Eng, CS or related.
Proven experience in robotics system implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of robotics hardware, sensors, and actuators.
Experience with robotic control systems and debugging tools.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
