Field Applications Specialist - Immunohistochemistry

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Service teams to support regional revenue growth, customer retention, and
• Lead instrument installations, product evaluations, validations, workflow optimization activities
• Provide expert applications support and troubleshooting to help customers resolve technical
• Deliver customer training and education that improves user competency, laboratory performance
• Work closely with Technical Service, Product Management, Global Business Units, and other internal
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, understanding their laboratory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
• Understanding of the Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Pathology, or related laboratory marketplace.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical applications issues, train customers, and support
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-based environment while independently managing
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from your home while supporting a defined field
• Annual base salary range of $85,000–$100,000.
• Eligibility for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC), with total target compensation at plan of
• Actual incentive earnings may vary based on individual sales performance and may exceed or fall
• Eligibility for additional bonus/incentive compensation.
